Program Manager

Tzudi has completed her schooling from Delhi Public School in Numaligarh, Assam, before relocating to Mumbai for higher education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work. 

During her postgraduate studies, she had the opportunity to volunteer in the aftermath of the 2013 Uttarakhand flash floods, where she was involved in conducting baseline surveys in remote villages- a role that was both challenging and deeply enriching.

Professionally, she moved to Delhi and had the privilege to work with UN refugees from diverse backgrounds. The organization she was part of is an implementing partner of UNHCR India, where she led the BOSCO Psychosocial Project across South Delhi and the NCR region.

Through these varied experiences,Tzudi has developed a strong sense of open-mindedness, patience, and inclusivity. She strongly believes in leading by example and perseveres to constantly endeavour in enhancing her skills and aims to bring a positive impact in the society.

Tzuditenla’s role at NagaEd

I am currently working at NagaEd as a Program Manager for the District Empowerment Program (DEP), based in Mon district. My role is to manage the overall implementation of DEP in the district, including the monitoring and evaluation of program activities. As part of my job responsibilities, I am regularly liaisoning with various stakeholders and team members to ensure the program’s sustainability and smooth execution.
