Growing up in Kohima’s beautiful hills and valleys, Bijoy Deb’s passion for business and entrepreneurship grew like wildflowers in the spring. This passion drove him to immerse himself in several entrepreneurship activities during college, turning his curiosity into a journey of discovery and creation.

Bijoy completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Oriental College, Kohima. To gain practical experience, he moved to New Delhi and worked at a multinational company as an Associate. Building on his work experience, Bijoy chose to further his education in Business Administration and pursued an MBA from Tripura University.

After earning his MBA, Bijoy worked as a Relationship Manager at a financial company, where he guided clients on insurance products and promoted financial literacy. Through this experience, he realized how crucial reliable and well-presented information is for personal growth. This understanding inspired him to shift his career towards the education sector, aiming to make a meaningful impact by supporting and shaping the future of young learners.

This inspiration led Bijoy to join NagaEd, where he works as a Learning Designer. He aspires to create and design learning content that prepares the upcoming generation for the future.

Bijoy collaborates with subject matter experts to design and create engaging learning content, ensuring that quality standards are met, relevant information is shared, and the content aligns with curriculum requirements and educational objectives.
