I’m a dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) Biotechnology student at IIT Kharagpur with experience in scientific research, product strategy, and grassroots development. I’ve worked on microbial solutions that improved crop germination by 40%, led digital campaigns that tripled job offer conversions, and designed skilling programs reaching 30,000+ students across Northeast India (Arunachal and Assam). I’ve also coordinated career counseling for 14,000+ students, promoting mental well-being and informed choices. I thrive at the intersection of science, strategy, and social impact.

I am currently working as an Operations Intern at NagaEd, where I contribute to streamlining internal processes and supporting the execution of key projects. My responsibilities include coordinating communications, assisting with operational planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. 

Through this role, I’m gaining hands-on experience in operations, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration, all while contributing to NagaEd’s goal of delivering inclusive, high-quality digital education to learners and educators across remote and underserved regions.
