ensuring the smooth coordination, well-being, and overall experience of contestants and
participants throughout the Hillywood Fiesta journey. This role is ideal for individuals who
enjoy working closely with people, managing participant experiences, solving problems, and
supporting large-scale talent development programs. The intern will play a key role in
supporting bootcamp operations, contestant welfare, participant communication, and
day-to-day coordination activities.The role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy,
organization, and a willingness to remain actively involved in on-ground operations
throughout the bootcamp and event phases.
Primary Responsibilities
