Organisational Unit Function

  • Host insightful onsite and online training sessions, each tailored to unfold the intricacies of digital and blended education.
  • Develop training materials and content, ensuring educators grasp the core concepts, from NagaEd products to the broader landscape of modern education.
  • Play a pivotal role in enabling clients to align with the National Education Policy 2020.
  • Champion the principles of instructional design and digital teaching.
  • Analyze data to optimize teaching strategies, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a mentor, ensuring clients are both technologically adept and pedagogically sound, achieving unparalleled success.
  • Collaborate with a broad spectrum of teammates and clients, creating a harmonious and enriching learning environment.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • A solid background in teaching or a closely related educational sector.
  • 1-3 years of experience in training adults, particularly in the educational realm.
  • Knowledge of blended learning and the National Education Policy 2020.
  • A creative problem solver with an analytical mindset.
  • Outstanding presentation skills catered to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability and excellent communication skills.
  • Cooperative attitude and willingness to take direction and accept support from others.
  • This field-based position requires travel, so ideally you will have a car.
