The IT Intern will smooth the operation of systems and ensure users get maximum benefit from them. You will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organisation. You will be dealing directly with employees/customers who have technical issues such as email issues, forgotten passwords and other technical issues.

• Install and configure hardware and software components
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Perform tests on new hardware and software
• Define software, hardware and network requirements
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Learn about new products, features, & solutions
• Working on easy or simple tickets, such as resetting passwords
• Live customer interaction, as required
• Analysing, writing, or debugging source code
• Help support incidents and use all available resources and knowledge to resolve them
• Consistently improve the quality of your work by internalising the feedback and coaching you receive

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Internet Application Knowledge
• Basic computer knowledge. (MS. Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & strong internet research skills.
