An experienced professional with 16+ years of experience across IT Service Delivery, Management Consulting, e-Governance Project Management, and Government Advisory & Support. 

Prior to his current role, he worked as an IT Consultant with Vibha India supporting the NIPUN Bharat Mission under Samagra Shiksha, Department of School Education, Nagaland; served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte with the State Project Management Unit at Nagaland Police for implementation and monitoring of centrally funded IT projects; and earlier worked as a Software Engineer at Avaya, providing pre-sales and post-sales consulting on enterprise communications and contact center solutions.

As Program Lead for Mission SOAR, my role is to lead the implementation of the Mission by aligning government and partner priorities, into execution, acting as a bridge between policy  and on-ground results through strong program management and stakeholder coordination.
