Rovikhono holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, having authored two research dissertations and has experience working as a Psychologist in the NeuroPsychiatric Rehabilitation field with hospitals and NGOs. Her expertise encompasses developing modules, psychosocial counseling and therapy. In addition to clinical work, she has designed and delivered a range of soft skills training sessions. Rovi was an active member of AIESEC, world’s largest youth run organization and represented India in a Mental Health Project in Indonesia, where she gained valuable experience in youth leadership, organizing workshops/talk shows and awareness campaigns.

Currently supporting the Operations department as an Ops Intern, mainly working in office maintenance & organisation, utilities & services coordination, vendor & supplier coordination and carry out day-to-day operations. Additionally assist on-going projects through research and data analysis.
