Shiroi is passionate about creating meaningful impact and has helped develop social ventures for grassroots entrepreneurship and profitable livelihoods in Nagaland. She began her career as a project associate with IL&FS in New Delhi to roll out the Global Fund PPTCT program in 26 states of India. Her desire to contribute to her community led her back to Nagaland to work with the Entrepreneurs Associates, a leading social impact organisation promoting an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem through training, mentoring and financing. She currently serves as a management board member on the strategic direction of the organisation. 

 

Shiroi is an Acumen Fellow, India 2017 and Forbes 30u30, India, special mention for social impact in 2018. She is a Young Leader’s Accelerated Scholar by the Li Ka Shing Foundation at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore in 2019.

Shiroi’s role at NagaEd:

Shiroi leads the partnerships and engagement team at NagEd. She is focused on ensuring that the company manages and engages and works collaboratively with all its stakeholders.
